TABA's first Legislator of the Year Award goes to Rep. Lois W. Kolkhorst. She was instrumental in efforts to bring price transparency to Texas. She was unable to come to the conference in Ft. Worth, but she was able to make these statements to all those involved with TABA. We salute her!
